Our anti-bias training is data-driven, based on rigorous social science, and uses 100% real-world examples.

We present material neutrally, and do not “blame and shame” people. Participants are never forced to “perform their pain” or talk about negative experiences in order to educate others. We understand that people come from different knowledge bases and experiences, and design our training accordingly.

Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Our clients asked us to create an anti-harassment training that was California compliant and grounded in DEI frameworks. So we did.

Worthwhile has paired with Nuddleman Law to create a genuinely useful anti-harassment training. We teach people the foundational principles underlying harassment and discrimination. We give the historical and social context for protected classes. And we provide actionable insights that can be implemented immediately.

AI and NLP Collaborations

Worthwhile partners with computer scientists to provide a social science component for AI and NLP projects and for computational social science research.

We create project-specific ontological categories, develop theoretical frameworks, develop social simulation models, and provide analytics to establish ground truth test sets.
