Our California clients complained to us about the terrible Sexual Harassment Prevention Training they were forced to offer their employees and managers. Scenarios that were triggering for LGBTQ+ viewers and for women. Language that suggested that learners didn’t understand social issues, or that their workplace was filled with bro dudes who were consistently problematic. Information that was dry and dull and decontextualized.

They asked us to do better.

And so we did.

Worthwhile has partnered with Nuddleman Law to create harassment-prevention training that goes above and beyond. The training is grounded in anti-bias frameworks and in the larger social and historical context that has created the need for protected classes.

Leveraging Anti-Bias Frameworks to Prevent Harassment and Discrimination is California-compliant, and covers both individual contributors and managers in a single session. It also serves as a California Elimination of Bias MCLE.

The training can also be paired with our Active Risk Mitigation package, which takes managers through a three-part post-training series. In this series, we guide managers to identify and address problems before they become legally actionable - making your workplace safer for everyone, and less likely to end up the defendant in a sexual harassment or gender discrimination lawsuit.

The response was overwhelmingly positive. People said it was the most engaging Sexual Harassment training they’d ever taken.
